Virtual Walkthrough
$175 - $250 . These videos simulate a walk-through experience of the home. The video's duration depends on the house's size and is typically seven to fifteen minutes. No audio or branding is included making the walkthroughs MLS friendly. In addition to all interior spaces, it will feature the main yard around the property and any accessory structures like garages or deck space. Exact pricing is based on square footage.
Marketing Highlight
$400+ These are two to three minute videos edited to highlight the property's main features and keep your audience engaged. They include aerial footage of the surrounding area as well as royalty-free music that matches the feel of the property. We include a Branded & Unbranded version of each video to help grow your business. These are recommended for targeted marketing campaigns, luxury homes or unique properties.
Residential Aerial
$250+ A one to two minute video of the property and ten to fifteen photos created using all aerial footage. We will highlight the surrounding areas and help your clients visualize views from existing or potential homes. These are recommended for residential homes or lots, especially those in unique settings or with striking views.
Commercial Aerial
$400+ A two to three minute video and ten to fifteen photos created using all aerial footage. We can include a boundary line visual of the property and call-outs of nearby landmarks and features. These can also be set to music and branded upon request. Exact pricing depends on editing time.
